01Getting started
Send your channel link and upload schedule through the contact form. We reply within 24 hours, have a short chat about your goals, and send a quote with a start date. Most channels begin within a week, usually with a small first batch so you can judge the work before committing to more.
We start every new client with a small paid first batch instead of a free trial. It gets the same editor and the same effort as ongoing work, so what you see is genuinely what you get. If it's not a fit, you walk away having paid for one video, not a month.
A shared Google Drive or Dropbox folder. We set it up for you with a simple structure (raw footage in, finished videos out). Drop files in, we get notified, the clock starts.
02Services & scope
Four things: short-form editing (Reels/TikToks/Shorts), long-form YouTube editing, thumbnail design and podcast editing. Each works standalone, and bundles are cheaper than parts.
Yes. It's one of the highest-leverage things we do. One podcast or YouTube video typically yields 3-5 strong vertical clips, reframed and captioned per platform.
Reactions, tech, finance, anime, gaming, motivation, education, vlogs and podcasts so far, and we're happy to be surprised. Editing fundamentals transfer; niche context we learn fast by studying your top competitors.
Yes. Alternate cuts for Patreon, channel members or watch-alongs are a small add-on to the main edit since most of the work is already done.
03Pricing
It depends on volume, video length and complexity, so we quote per channel rather than from a rate card. Tell us your upload schedule and we'll send a monthly number within a day. No calls required, no haggling.
No. Everything runs month to month, and you can scale up, scale down or stop with a message. We keep clients by being good, not by being contractual.
Yes. Editing + thumbnails is priced below buying each separately, and adding podcast clips stacks the same way. One team touching everything also means fewer hand-offs and a more consistent channel.
04Turnaround & revisions
Shorts: 48-72 hours per batch. Long-form: 2-4 working days. Thumbnails: 24-48 hours. Podcasts: 3-5 working days. Very long or graphics-heavy videos get a per-video estimate up front, and ongoing clients get a content buffer so the schedule never depends on a single deadline.
You leave timestamped comments on a review link; we turn them around, usually within a day. Two rounds are standard for shorts and thumbnails, and long-form gets revised until it's publish-ready. If we missed the brief, fixing it is on us. That never counts as your revision.
Rush slots exist for trending moments. Tell us the deadline and we'll confirm honestly whether we can hit it before you commit. We'd rather decline a rush than deliver a rushed edit.
05Ownership & account safety
You do, completely. Finished videos, thumbnails, and project files on request. If we ever part ways, everything comes with you, including the style guide we built for your channel.
Never for editing work; a shared drive folder is all it takes. If you ever want us to upload finished videos for you, that runs through YouTube's own Editor permission role, never your password, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Yes. Raw footage and unreleased videos stay inside the project folder, shared only with the editor on your channel. We're happy to sign an NDA if your work needs one.
