Your editor listens to the full episode and shortlists moments with a hook, a payoff and an emotion: disagreements, surprising claims, stories with a turn. You approve the shortlist, we cut the winners.

Usually, yes. Room echo, hum, uneven levels and mouth noise are all fixable to a point. Send us a sample before committing and we'll tell you honestly what's recoverable and what needs a better mic.

Weekly shows are our favorite. They get a reserved slot with a dedicated editor and a fixed delivery day. Record on Monday, publish on Friday, repeat.
